1. How Do Things Work Here?
We’ve been shopping small businesses for years, and honestly, we’re not huge fans of the typical “Drop” concept. Maybe that will change over time, but for now, we plan to restock and keep in stock the pieces you love most. Once something sells out, we’ll turn it into a pre-order item so you don’t miss out. Your feedback helps us decide what to restock, so let us know what you want to see!

2. Do You Do Custom Orders?
Not at this time, but we’d love to hear your ideas! 💡 Message us with your concept, and you might be surprised how easy it is to convince us to bring it to life. We’re always open to inspiration!

3. Do You Offer Bulk Orders?
Yes, we do! Whether it’s for a group event, a themed party, or just stocking up on your favorites, message us for bulk order details.

4. Do You Have a Brand Ambassador Program?
Yes, we do! Because we were once just like you — always wanting all the earrings (and yes, that can get pricey). 5. What if I forgot something and need to add to my order?
We get it — sometimes you just need one more pair! If you’ve already placed an order but want to add something, just message us in the Chat with your order number and what you’d like to add. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

6. This is a gift — can I mark it as a gift?
Yes and no. While Shopify doesn’t currently offer a dedicated gift option, we can personalize your order for you! Just include the recipient’s name, your name, and a custom message in the order notes, and we’ll handle the rest. 🎁💌

7. Can I ship to my Disney Resort?
Yes, you can! But before placing your order, please message us to confirm that all your items are in stock. Once confirmed, include the full resort address and your reservation number in the order notes. Disney may charge a package handling fee, which will appear on your resort bill. Parkbound Clay Co is not responsible for these fees.

8. When do you launch?
We’re officially launching on May 15, 2025! Join our exclusive shop list for early access, subscriber-only perks, and launch day discount codes!

9. Where are you located?
We’re based in Louisville, Kentucky, and all of our earrings are handmade and shipped from here!

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at HappyMail@parkboundclayco.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, including photos of the item and packaging.

11. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us at HappyMail@parkboundclayco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

12. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

13. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

14. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.

15. What materials are your earrings made of?
Our earrings are handmade with polymer clay, hypoallergenic stainless steel posts, and nickel-free components. Specific materials may vary by design, so be sure to check product listings for details.

16. How should I care for my earrings?
To keep your earrings looking their best:

  • Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid water, lotions, and perfumes.
  • Do not leave in cars where heat or cold can cause damage.
