Due to the handmade nature of our products, Parkbound Clay Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at HappyMail@parkboundclayco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
