At Parkbound Clay Co, every order is made with care and a sprinkle of magic. Here's what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

🛠 Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to create, package, and prepare your earrings for shipment. During high-volume periods (like launches or holidays), processing time may be extended slightly.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders over $50.00.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping coming soon!)

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

While we aren’t responsible for postal delays or lost packages once shipped, we’ll always do our best to help! If you experience a shipping issue, email us at HappyMail@parkboundclayco.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
